FAQ:
Q: How big will my puppy get?
Their estimated size is based on size of parents and their current weight and age.
Q: How does the deposit work?
If you see an available puppy that you like we recommend you to put a deposit on the puppy. We have a lot of people that are interested in the puppies and can’t promise you will get the baby you want unless you place a hold on the puppy with a deposit of $500. Just click the adopt button on the puppy's listing and that will take you to a shopping cart.
All puppies are sold in the state of CA, please include 8.25% for tax on the total Adoption Fee. If you use Paypal as your payment method please add 3%, that is how much they charge us to receive your payment. If you change your mind and decide on a different puppy you can change your decision in the first 48 hrs and use the deposit for a different available puppy. If you place two deposits on 2 different puppies and change your mind, the deposit placed on one of the puppies can be put towards the other puppy but have to notify us within 24 hours or the deposit on the puppy you are not taking will be lost. We have these policies to be fair to all our customers.
From the time you leave the deposit you have 5 days to arrange payment and pick-up / shipping. If more time is needed please contact us and we can make arrangements. The deposit is non refundable.
Q: I live far away; do you ship your puppies?
Shipping is available. We can send the puppy to the airport near you as long as the service is available. Shipping cost is usually $300 depending where you live in addition to the puppy’s adoption fee. This fee will pay for the plane ticket, health certificate, a traveling crate and the handling charge. After your payment has been received in full we will book the flight and give you all the details for pickup.

Q: What about vaccinations?
All puppies have their shots up to date. We will guide you with how to complete the set of shots as far as dates and type of vaccines.
Q: How can I know the puppy is healthy?
We do not let any puppy go home with their family if we feel he or she isn’t ready for their new home. I do require all my customers to get the puppy checked by a vet no longer then 72 hrs from the pick up date. If from some reason the vet says there is something wrong with the puppy you can return it within 24 hrs for an replacement puppy. No refunds are given.
If shipping is necessary we take the puppy to issue a health certificate before he/she can go on a plane. This assures the health of the puppy; however we still require you to get the puppy checked up by your vet no later then 72 hrs from time of delivery.
Q: Are your puppies registered?
Yes. All of our puppies are registered with different registries like AKC, CKC, and ACA.
We usually get the papers for the puppies about 3-4 weeks after the puppies arrive. If you’re new puppy’s papers were not available for you at the time of pickup it will be mailed to you promptly. Most puppies are registered but some are not. We will let you know if your puppy is not registered.
